About Sugarloaf

The Sugarloaf development consists of 226 homes located on Allison Ct, Broadview Ct, Cheryl Ct, Chris Ln, De Anza Blvd, Douglas Ct, Leafwood Ct, Oakhill Ct, Parkwood Dr, Sugarloaf Dr, Toyon Ct, and Westwood Ct. in San Mateo, California. Access is via the De Anza Boulevard exit from Highway 92. Approximately 80% of these homes are two-story and 20% are single-story. The association was incorporated in June of 1979 and was constructed in several phases, with the last phase in approximately 1985. The development includes nearly 22 acres of association common space including extensive properties bordering Sugarloaf Mountain and San Mateo open space. Laurelwood park borders the development at the southeast corner, shopping is located very nearby at the Crystal Springs Shopping Center and there is easy access to Highway 92 in connection to Highways 280 and 101.
